Your Guide To Life Coaching

It's important that you understand that therapy and coaching are not the same however when done correctly can be used together to create meaningful change in your life.

Whilst therapy helps you heal from the past, coaching helps you build your future. Therapy and counselling focus on understanding and processing emotions where as life coaching is about action, growth, and creating lasting change.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy; it’s an extension of your healing journey. Our sessions will be designed to help you apply what you’ve learned to manage your anxiety in addition to building healthy habits, rebuilding confidence and reframing those negative self beliefs.

Coaching vs Therapy

What's the difference

Is coaching right for you?

You don’t need to have it all figured out but you do need to be ready to move forward. Coaching is for people who are ready to turn awareness into action and healing into growth. If therapy helped you understand why you feel stuck, coaching will help you discover how to move beyond it.

  • I’m ready to make real changes in my life but I need guidance and structure.

  • I often overthink or doubt myself and want to build confidence.

  • I feel stuck and want to rediscover who I am beyond my anxiety.

  • I want to build healthy habits, routines and boundaries.

  • I crave more calm, clarity and control in my daily life.

    I know what I don’t want, but I’m unsure what’s next.

  • I’m tired of surviving and I’m ready to start thriving.

  • I’m motivated to grow, even if I still feel scared or uncertain.

  • I want someone in my corner to keep me accountable, focused and supported.
